Ferrum phosphoricum est le remède du premier stade des inflammations, avant l'apparition de symptômes localises. Indiqué dans les débuts de fièvre modérée, les otites congestives, les anémies légères et les épistaxis. Remède intermédiaire entre Aconitum et Belladonna.
