- Inflammation of the larynx resulting in hoarseness or even loss of voice (laryngitis)
- Acute and chronic inflammation of the vocal cords after prolonged speaking, overuse of the voice
- Laryngitis and hoarseness worsened at the end of the day, after exposure to draughts or dry cold
- Hoarseness with uncontrolled shifting between low and high pitch
- Scratchy throat sensation, feeling of a thorn in the throat

Phase aiguë
Adults: 10 to 15 drops neat or diluted every 20-30 minutes, space out as improvement occurs.
Pregnant women: 5 to 10 drops diluted every 20-30 minutes, space out as improvement occurs.
Children aged 5 to 12: 5 drops diluted every 20-30 minutes, space out as improvement occurs.
Infants aged 0 to 5: 3 drops diluted every 20-30 minutes, space out as improvement occurs.
Phase chronique
Adults: 15 to 20 drops neat or diluted 3-4 times daily.
Pregnant women: 10 to 15 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Children aged 5 to 12: 10 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Children aged 2 to 5: 5 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Infants aged 0 to 2: 3 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Enfants
Children aged 5 to 12: 5 drops diluted every 20-30 minutes in acute cases, or 10 drops 3-4 times daily for chronic cases.
Children aged 2 to 5: 5 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Infants aged 0 to 2: 3 drops diluted 3-4 times daily.
Drops should always be diluted in a little water for children.
Grossesse
